Requirements for working environment conditions

1. Temperature and humidity control

Temperature range: 20 ℃~35 ℃ (to maintain stability)

Humidity range: 40%~60% (to prevent condensation or static interference, exceeding 80% may cause circuit failure)

2. Energy supply

Power supply: AC220V/380V ± 10%, frequency 50Hz ± 1Hz (voltage stability is required to protect the controller)

Air source (if applicable): Dry compressed air, pressure of 0.5~0.7MPa, water/oil content should meet equipment standards (filter recommended)

3. Environmental cleanliness

Precision electronic hot pressing operations (such as FPC and LCD connections) need to be carried out in a clean room to avoid dust affecting the crimping accuracy

4. Safety and Protection

Reserve a space of ≥ 0.5m around the equipment to ensure smooth heat dissipation and maintenance channels

Avoid debris blocking the grating protection area

Anti static measures (such as grounding or using anti-static pads) should be taken when handling electronic components

Storage Management Standards

1. Short term storage (<1 month)

Location: Indoor dry and flat ground, away from corrosive chemicals or vibration sources

Equipment status: Power off, hot press plate returns to its original position

2. Long term storage (>1 month)

Cleaning and maintenance

Remove residual materials and apply rust proof oil to metal parts

Drain hydraulic oil (dry seal)

Protective packaging

Cover with moisture-proof film/anti-static cover

Built in desiccant (humidity sensitive components require additional shielding)

environmental monitoring

Temperature: -10 ℃~40 ℃ (to avoid material aging caused by extreme temperature)

Humidity: ≤ 60%, regularly check the sealing of the packaging

regular maintenance

Power on for 30 minutes every month to prevent electronic components from becoming damp and malfunctioning

Check the integrity of sealed materials every quarter and apply anti rust oil

Identification and recording

Hang identification cards, indicating the sealing date, responsible person, and expected opening time

Register the equipment number, sealing reason, and maintenance records. If it exceeds one year, it needs to be re maintained and sealed

Prohibited matters

Prohibited from outdoor storage (rain and snow may cause short circuits in the circuit)

Faulty equipment must not be sealed and must be repaired to a good condition
