Prohibition on the protection of moving parts: During the operation of the equipment (including actions such as mold closing/opening), it is strictly prohibited for any part of the body to invade the moving areas such as between molds, under pressure plates, piston rods, etc., to prevent mechanical compression injuries.

Pressure restriction prohibition: It is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum working pressure value specified on the equipment nameplate or regulations. Overpressure will cause structural damage and significant accident risks.

Prohibition of pressurized operations: When there is residual pressure on the equipment (including non working pressure states), dismantling, maintenance, debugging and other operations are prohibited. The equipment must be completely depressurized to the initial position and the power must be cut off before operation.

Prohibition of cycle interruption: Before the completion of the hot pressing process cycle, it is strictly prohibited to forcefully open the mold/pressure plate/protective door to avoid the risk of high-temperature material spraying or mechanical component ejection.

Electrical operation specifications: When operating electrical components such as control panels and switches, it is necessary to ensure that hands are dry and eliminate the risk of electric shock.

Security device preservation order: All protective covers, safety doors, light barriers, and emergency stop devices must be kept intact and effective, and unauthorized disassembly, short circuiting, or functional damage is strictly prohibited.

Operator status requirements: It is prohibited to operate equipment in a state of unconsciousness such as fatigue, drunkenness, or under the influence of drugs.

Unauthorized and trained personnel are prohibited from operating or debugging the hot press machine.

Prohibit placing miscellaneous items on the equipment: Tools, materials, water cups, and other unrelated items are prohibited from being placed around the equipment platform, control panel, and moving parts to prevent them from falling, getting entangled, or obstructing operations.

Prohibit over temperature operation: Do not exceed the maximum operating temperature allowed by the equipment or heating medium. Overheating may lead to material decomposition, fire, and equipment damage.

Do not lean on equipment: Especially do not lean on high-temperature parts (such as heating plates, protective doors) to prevent burns.

Do not ignore abnormal situations: If there are abnormal sounds, vibrations, leaks (oil, gas, water), odors, smoke, instrument malfunctions, etc. during equipment operation, the machine must be stopped immediately and reported for handling. It is forbidden to operate with a problem.

Specification for use of emergency stop device: The emergency stop button is only for use in sudden dangerous situations and is disabled in non emergency situations; But in case of danger, it must be triggered immediately without hesitation.
